Re: Create a wetmap using cache ?
Thanks Thomas, I dont understand too, because I simulated several times, and after a few sim, it began to become slower, until the last sim that took 7h for the 600 Frames. My PC is a 8 cores/16threads intel, with a GTX 1080, and I had CUDA activated. I will download your scene, and take a look when...

Re: Create a wetmap using cache ?
It's 30k particles simulation. I am working, on local hardrive, there is no other simulation running. Simulation is a plastic glass falling on the ground full of liquid. The glass and the ground are rigid bodies, they have been put in cache using the small orange rocket next there node. I have teste...

Re: Create a wetmap using cache ?
Well yes, the simulation take 5min per frame with cache and substep to 1, which is nearly the same as my original simulation live.

Re: Create a wetmap using cache ?
Hi Thomas, thanks for your answer. So it looks like I have a problem, because when I do this, the simlation takes the same time as if it was simulated in live, and not read from cache.

Create a wetmap using cache ?
Hi, is is possible to create a wetmap, by using cache of an already existing simulation. I dont want to resimulate everything again, as it took 7h for 600 frames.

Re: sponge behaviour
Hi Giorgio, I don t know exactly what effect you are looking after, but I watched the video, and if it s the pulsatile one, then you just have to animate your emitter with a sinusoidal curve in the speed curve, and that should do the trick. I m a not an expert at all, but an hobbyist with basic Real...

CUDA vs OPEN CL
Hi I have a question regarding CUDA, I have 2 GTX 970 in my system, when I use OPEN-CL, I see the GTX appears 2 times in the message windows for the Hybrido simulation, but for the dyverso simulation only 1 GTX 970 appears with the message CUDA, is this logical ? Do I have to activate the SLI functi...

Problem installation Realflow v2015_1_1_0186_x86_64
Hi I have downloaded yesterday from my gateway account the new version, but I cant get it to install, the installation is always stuck at the adding environment variables. I went to the installation directory, and launch the exe, and seems to work, but it is strange that the installation never ends....
