deamons stop working after extending frame range
first off - RF 2012, window7 pro 64bit, intel i7 6core, 48GB ram. My original solve was for 300 frames. I needed to extend another 600 frames, so changed end frame to 600 and re sim'ing from 295 to 600 (overlap seems to help...starting at 301 caused a break in the emitter stream). The problem now is...

Re: 2000 fps hybrido solve looks great...but no splash parti
FlorianK, Thanks for reply. Yes, the grid mesh solves pretty well, if not a little 'poppy', but the particles don't solve at all. At 30fps, they solve just fine setting steps to 10/333 min/max. I'm taking a different approach of solving at 30fps, but adjusting all my deamons + drags here and there t...

retime results in popping particles
realflow 2012, windows 7, i7 6core, 24GB ram I have 10 frames solved at 30fps that I then have retimed at a factor of 0.015 (2000fps). The retimed particles pop so the original animation is 10 frames, and the ratio I'm using is 0.015 (30fps/2000fps), which gives me a new range of 0 to 645, and the p...

2000 fps hybrido solve looks great...but no splash particles
I'm matching footage shot on a phatom at 2000fps
RF 2012
preferences:
fps 2000
time step - fixed 10
grid splash particles
speed threshold 0.0
vorticity threshold 0.0
what am I missing?
