Re: More communication please!
To add to this... Seems like links inside the software to documentation / support / resources no longer work. Also I get an error message from the updated check for latest version... Don't know if that's a sign it's finally getting killed off, or a temporary glitch... I think if the case is that dev...

Re: Made a mistake on my Host ID
Hello, I can't offer any help but wanted to offer some reassurance at least. While any online presence from the company here for example is limited - they do seem to respond to queries from paying customers, I was in touch with them just a few weeks ago and they replied within a day or so. The very ...

Installing in Linux
Hello everyone, I asked this question to nextlimit in the customer support but I wanted to check as well if someone here has experience from installing in Linux... I've been looking to move more and more of my workflow into linux and I've arrived at installing realflow but it's a little hard to find...

Re: Alembic Mesh - how to read channels e.g. velocity
###Edit### Just started doing some Hybrido meshes and now I see the options...why don't those export options exist for the regular particle meshes? I didn't realize that FlorianK was talking about Hybrido Meshes...or that there was a difference between the two. I have only done regular particle mes...

Re: Alembic Mesh - how to read channels e.g. velocity
@atena is there any update on this?
How can one get channels like velocity or vorticity exported with any type of mesh? I had this working with rfrk previously but am starting to become a little hopeless here as it just doesn't seem to work.

Mesh channels (magnitudes/vertex colors) in maya?
Hello, I wanted to ask what your experiences are on how to get mesh colors in maya. I need the velocity and vorticity or shading, I did it previously with rfrk but since that's not available I tried hybrido with abc and checked the channels but I don't see any color sets. Ideal would be with the sta...

Re: RFRK2015 + VDB + Maya2016 + Arnold
I've got the exact same issue.
Same setup aswell, rfrk2015, mymesh vdb, maya 2016 ext1 sp5, arnold
Also tried with MR, Renderman, nothing.
Would love some insight.

Use particles with getCollidingObject() ??
Hey all, I'm not super awesome at scripting, but I'm giving it a go... I have a sweaty bottle here with particles emitted from an object, then I'm running a bigger drop down the bottle emitter from a sphere-emitter. What i'd like to do is use getCollidingObject to move colliding particles to the sph...
