Hi,
is there maybe a formula I can use in order to aproximate the number of particles I can expect inside a simulation? This was really helpful in order to estimate if the number set for Cell Size is in the desired range or not.

(Linux) HY_Mesh calculated on only one Core?
I am trying to create a HY_Mesh using a Graph (Displacement per velocity, from NLs examples) on Linux and the machine is just using one core (of 24) for doing so. Is it meant to be that way?
Re: Deamons
ok, after applying a Drag of 5000, I can confirm Drag works with Caronte, but one has to think in slightly different units, then.
Deamons
Hi.
Is there a list of Deamons that will work with Caronte? In a test, a Drag of 50 and more didn't seem to have any impact on a Rigid Body, so I was wondering if there are some Deamons that will be working and otheres that do not.

Re: RFRK For Arnold?
it is definitely needed. At my current job, I am also struggling with the issue there is no Render Kit for Arnold, yet. Arnold is a popular renderer and if NL want to make RFRK a popular software, they should be supporting all the popular renderers (just my 2ct).

ok, works but the dialog should suggest saving XML files by default.

Import/ Export
How's that supposed to be working?
Save as as well as export selected are exporting notrhing. In Windows, a dialog opens that lets you save something but there is actually no file written.

Re: Parenting can be a pain...
After losing a couple of hours of work because of Realflow's beautiful partenting intrinsics, I sent you a scene.
Also, when moving the rotate gizmo, on just one axis, the numbers for the other axes are changing....why?

Re: Hybrido Fluids Don't Act Like Standard Fluids
The reason why they behave differently is because the fluid motion is calculated using different algorithms. FLIP or SPH.
In order to solve you problem, you should be posting an image of your scene settings, domain cell size as well as the Volume settings for your interconnected object.
