Re: RFC4D R18?

Hello, the current plug-in is not compatible with R18 (in Windows). We already have a new version that is compatible with R18 that is going to be available this week.

Regarding your issue with the client portal I will let the support team to know you are struggling to access.

Thank you very much.

Re: RealFlow | Cinema 4d Patch 1.0.1.095 has been released!

Hello, we are extremely sorry to hear that you are still suffering problems with Octane Render. We have done a lot of tests before the release and all of them were passed without any issues. Please notice that a patch for the Octane render was released three weeks ago by Otoy and that some issues wi...

Re: slow render times after caching

The problem is that for render, say frame #100, Cinema plays the time line from the starting frame to the frame to render. This means that RealFlow | Cinema4D is loading all those cached frames before rendering. I guess this is where the slow down is. It doesn't happen for the render view BTW. We wi...

Re: Deleting parts from BinLoader using script corrupts scen

Thank you for this report. It is indeed a bug we have to fix. In the meantime there is a workaround for it. Just before saving your scene go to the "Tools->Particle Selection", select the group you have deleted in your script and click on "Del group" button. Now you can save/load your scene. Sorry f...

Re: Getting Particles by Id/Index frustration

There is not direct access from the index to the particle. Once you have the index to the particle you can access the arrays of the properties of the particles.

Re: Getting Particles by Id/Index frustration

Sorry, I thought that you stopped using ""GetParticleById" when using the "For" approach. I must say that this function has been deprecated in the next version of RealFlow because we detected that by mistake it went in the public release of RealFlow 2013. Our intention was to not provide access to t...

Re: Getting Particles by Id/Index frustration

If I'm not missing anything from your question I believe you need a "For" node to iterate all the neighbors of a specific particle. There is an excellent example of this technique in the demo scenes, just go to the "Help->Demo Scenes->graphs->compute_normals_based_on_neighbors".
