Re: NO way to license Floating License version?
Hard to tell from a distance what's going on there. The fact that you don't have an ISV could point to another RLM, but I don't really believe that, because you don't have any ISV running at all. With a different software, using RLM, you should have at least one visible ISV table. I have to ask my c...

Re: NO way to license Floating License version?
I think the problem is that your installation lacks the nextlimit.set file. This file is the origin of the "No ISV servers running" error. The nextlimit.set file comes bundled with the RealFlow | Cinema 4D installer and has to be copied to /Applications/MAXON/Cinema RXX/plugins/nextlimit/RealFlow/rl...

Re: NO way to license Floating License version?
Hello Steve, Thanks for posting. The main thing here is that your computer has obviously 5 devices with individual hostids - they're all separated by blanks. These are all individual ids and that why our system says that the format isn't correct: 70cd60f3910a 70cd60f3910d 18af61b84850 f20000195969 f...

You're right, the Phong tag can't be deleted and the properties are locked as well. Definitely something that should be changed. Thanks for pointing us to that.

Re: Emitter - Mesh Displacement
Is the "Scene" node at 0,0,0? Or maybe you've repositioned the "Mesher" by accident?

Re: constraining to transform with soft boy with gravity
In the relationship editor you can see a "Hub01" node and all scene objects are connected to this element by default. All you have to do is to remove the connection between petal and hub (click on the line, hit Del). Then you draw a new link between the petal and the emitter/domain. If you want othe...

Re: fluid go around the object problems - RFC4D
No worries about the section, it's Ok. When you go to the "Collider" tag's "Properties" section you'll see "Collision Geometry Detail". I assume it's set to "Medium". Please try with "Medium - High". If this doesn't work go to "Cell Size", disable "Auto" and enter a value of 2 cm. Please also make s...

Re: Daredevil intro sim help
You're starting with a really huge challenge here and it's - sorry for that - nearly impossible to sort out everything by changing just a few parameters. The Daredevil project has been done by a team of 8 RF artists over 1 month and there are definitely some nuts to crack: "We used directable veloci...

Re: Thinking Particles scale over age
Good news! The particle data from RF|C4D will be available via Thinking Particles with our first service update. This way you'll be able to read out the age channel, for example, and use it to scale the particles. Currently, the problem is that the channel is being created, but not filled with the a...
