I second that, plusy having something similar to the for- each node in Houdini was very nice.

RFRK support for GDC
Hola,
it was very nice if RFRK was able to read GDC files. It is a bit cumbersome to have the emitter write additional BIN files for every frame. It feels a bit useless having two different caches for one grid, consuming a large amount of memory, making scenes unnecessarily heavy.
