Re: Strange box around object hybrido ...
The issues with tiny scales aren't something to be found only inside Realflow. You'll experience similar problems with other solvers in other packages. A huge amount of interdependent values has to be considered when scaling things down that much, it is not only the geometry's size. For me, it works...

Re: Strange box around object hybrido ...
Ok, here is my parameters : --- Scale options : Global GeoScale : 0.05 I guess that's where the core of the problem is. Recreate your scene with a scale setup of 1.0 inside Realflow. Scale your geometry inside your 3D App prior to exporting so it has a scale one can easily work with inside RF. I be...

Hybrido Solver stepping or Hybrido Secondaries? I am also not interested in the General Tab. Also, are you using any Vorticity Boost?

It feels like this is not possible for BIN files. Is there another way of converting BIN to PRT via script/ Graph?

Re: Best way to import particles in maya?
Hi guys, . With RF2013 i thought of using alembic particles instead, but maya seems unable to read them the way RF does? I actually can't see any particles at all when I've tested it. Thanks /D ABC particles are currently not working with Maya's built in Alembic support. I am not sure if that is an...

Re: Secondaroies...Splash, Foam....
Ok, after a day of R&D and some input from Angel, here's my personal advice for Splashes: - Splash operates on the underlying particles, thus only indirectly on the domain's field. In order to get out something that is half- way acceptable, one needs to have a serious amount of particles in the area...

Re: Secondaroies...Splash, Foam....
- Dumb particles behave in a manner they are completely unusable. - Splash works only for fast moving objects, not as a covering layer or when you want some extra detail in certain areas, anymore. - Instead of evenly distributing the particles, blotches are created, behaving like particle bombs or f...
