Re: Exit Demo Mode?

Hi and thanks for purchasing RealFlow. Welcome on board :D I assume you're on windows. Under your local user's folder you'll find a "realflow" directory with a .lic file inside. That's the demo license and it can be removed. Now create a new text file and enter HOST ip_of_thecomputer_with_license_se...

Re: Wetmap Graph/Resources not signing in

I've just seen your PM. Let me see what I can do here, because I have to figure out how this graph works first. I didn't create the graph, never used it, and therefore I can't say too much about it. I think there's another way to get wet-dry maps from Hybrido, but this method requires a lot of disk ...

Re: Fracture crash

You're right, there are some mesh types which always fail with RF's fracture tools. I ran into the same problem about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't find a reason for the crashes so far. Do you get a message about degenerated triangles when importing the glass object? It might have something to do with ...

Re: Importing a morph animation

If it's pure PLA then you have to enable the "vertex" (matrix -> vertex) option during SD import in the "Exported Objects" column. If the object's number of vertices or polygons changes during animation then I have to disappoint you, because topology changes aren't supported by RF.

Re: Wetmap Graph/Resources not signing in

Did you succeed in downloading the graph? If not I can send you a dropbox link via PM. I've also seen that you don't know how to apply the graph. There's a video link with an explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=IjU76APjWyk This graph is the only possibility of creati...

Re: Where's my 2015 license?

Hi Oldcode,

Thanks for letting us know. The responsible person is currently on holiday, but we've charged this issue to somebody else. You'll get your license soon. If not please get back to us, so we can accelerate things.

Sorry for the delay.

Cheers,
Thomas

Re: RFRK2015 + VDB + Maya2016 + Arnold

We're facing some problems with OpenVBD meshes here and it seems as if the velocity information isn't calculated correctly. Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the reason why the meshes don't render at all, but please try the following: Since the RFRK mesh engines are exactly the same as in RF, the prob...

Re: Problem with imported geometry

Hi darthmikael, Have you decrease cell size already? The Hybrido domain's default is 0.3 and for objects it's 0.1 You could, for example, set them both to 0.05. The simulation will take longer, but it'll also turn out better and more accurate. You can read more about cell size under http://support.n...
