Hi,
Currently, RealFlow keeps on simulating even though the computer ran out of diskspace. This can be a bit annoying, I'd prefer if I could chose wether RF should keep on simulating or save the scene and restarted the computer if the HDD is full.

Parts of Fluid disappearing between two frames
Hola, in a grid fluid simulation, about 2000 frames long, it seems like after some 1500 frames half of the fluid strangely disappeared- just lokk at the images: <a href=" http://img163.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screenshot1709201011031.jpg"%20target="_blank"><img%20src="http://img163.imageshack.us/i...

There is a "view unread posts" and a "view new posts" on top of the page.

Re: texture magnitudes
I cannot tell you about how to set up the shader as I am no max user, but for the other magnitudes, try leaving velocity always active and hook on the additional magnitude. This might work.

have you tried writing your images with a different character for seperation? e.g. '#' instead of '_'...

only frozen particles in scene but simulation frame takes ag
Hi,
in my scene, every emitter's Speed is set to zero and the particles are frozen. Even though it takes the same amount of time to simulate as if they were still active. I set the time steps down to 5 (fixed) and toggled of all of the emitters...what's going on there?

Export Scripts together with scenes as XML
Hi,
something I realized in my actual project when shifting scenes to several machines in the net.
Using XML is very convenient for distributing scenes via the network, but if the scripts in the scene (i.e. Simulation Events) were also exported/ imported it was a great help.

Re: MultiJoints + Scripting
Hi Thomas,
just an advice- recently, I had some troubles keying/ switching "Simulation" (thus not by script but by hand) but everything was working fine when doing this on "Dyn Motion", intead,

Re: particles not colliding below RealWave
It is the same for me. It seems like RW's just checking collisions for the surfaces on top of the RW surface. Adding in an additional particle layer didn't help, either. What's the effect you are trying to achieve, anyway? Probably, there is a different solution to your problem with an different tec...

getEmitter()/ get_PB_emitter()
Hi, just one short question on the new Python methods: Instead of the "old" scene.getEmitter (which still works) there is now a a more specific command, i.e. get_PB_emitter() for the common particle based emitter. It seems like the "get_PB_emitter()" inherits its funcionality from getEmitter(), but ...
