When you create a Dyverso Emitter, a new Dyverso domain is created and the emitter will be connected automatically to the domain. Second time create an emitter, the Dyverso domain must be selected if you want to add the new emitter to the same Dyverso domain.

Try to run the installer with right click and "run as Administrator". It sounds like the installer is trying to write something in the system and it can't.

It sounds like a bug. You're telling that you are using RFRK3. Have you tried with RFRK2015?. This bug should have been already fixed in that version. Keep in mind that RFConnect includes the RealFlow and the renderkit in the same installer.
