Spline Emitter

Hi, the Spline emitter lets you add control points to a spline similar to the Dspline daemon. However, when I add control points I can't select them using the ' <=Previous' and 'Next =>' buttons to edit them in the 'Control' menu. I can only select the initial control points that were created. Any help appreciated
- Using version 2.6 in Cinema R20 on an iMAC Pro
- Opening version 2.5 in Cinema R19 it is working
