Activation Key Failing to Authenticate

Hello,
Bought the RF + C4D bundle today. Successfully installed RF, but no luck on being able to launch Cinema with the plugin also working. Whenever I launch Cinema, I'm asked to provide NextLimit login credentials, in addition to the activation key. Once I paste in the activation key from the e-mail I received from NextLimit, I receive this message: "Cannot validate license. Please click on the Help button to find out more about this problem."
When I click on the 'Help' button as prompted, my browser takes me to this website: http://support.nextlimit.com/display/RFC4D/Licensing
But, instead of it being populated with useful information, I instead arrive at the site's URL with the text: 502 Bad Gateway
When I click RealFlow Documentation from within the forum, again, another 502 Bad Gateway, the same thing happens when I select RealFlow | C4D Documentation.
Does anyone have any ideas what the heck is going on here? I'd really like to get my plugin fully working so that I can play around with these new fluid simulation features in a project I've been working on.
