Expanding Mesh like insulation foam?

Hi All,

I was wondering if there's an possibility to let a RF Mesh expand over time like Insulation foam. I wanna achieve nearly the exact same animation as shown in the video at cuepoint 0:34 - 0:48. Here the link to the video:
