MESH CACHE CRASH

I can't cash meshes with realflow 3 C4D plugin.
I can cash simulation but the cach mesh process crash after a few frames.
I tried different ways : cache simulation and cache mesh / cache simulation and then cash mesh / gpu and cpu...
Does RF C4D plugin really works with high resolution particles ??!
I Tried to reach someone with the RF support but no one answer : does nextlimit support still exists ?
