Hi,
I just upgraded to windows 8 and did a clean install. Now I'm having problems getting my student license to work.
I've been reading about this and trying everything I can think of without anything working.
I'm wondering if anyone here has any information that might help, or ideas.
I ran into issues with the Adobe suite with windows 8. Something in windows 8 makes the suite think your running another
computer so it uses another license serial number unless you deactivate the software on the previous OS first. Is there a similar issue with
Real Flow?
I can use the demo license to access the program but am still unable to put in the actual license number I was emailed. Is this potentially
an issue with the license number needing to be regenerated and emailed, because I ran into that issue with Cinema 4D and the m4d plugin...?
I've tried connecting the license through the command prompt, that didn't work either.
ANY help or advice would be super welcome. I'm trying to use Real Flow for a school final, of which is half done, now I have nothing.
Thanks.

Hello Mark,
We haven't tested RealFlow with Windows 8 yet. I think it shouldn't be a problem and realflow will work in the same way that windows 7 or vista. I'm seeing that problem can be the administrator privileges and for that reason the software can't write the license in the register. Could you check if it is that the problem?
