particles not colliding below RealWave

Post by Fernando Jariego » Mon Aug 02, 2010 3:58 pm

Hi all. I have a bubble generator under water. I need bubbles collision with the below surface of water (a REALWAVE). I set the parameter in the "RW Particle Interaction" and nothing happend. If I set the position of emitter above of surface the collision is sucesfully. Why it isn´t colliding from below of surface?.

It is the same for me. It seems like RW's just checking collisions for the surfaces on top of the RW surface. Adding in an additional particle layer didn't help, either.

What's the effect you are trying to achieve, anyway? Probably, there is a different solution to your problem with an different technique.

There is a dirty workarround that could be work. You can rotate the RW node. deppending on the case could work for you.
