I finally was able to watch the video, thanks.
Like I said, if you export those spheres to RealFlow you will have the animation baked in its Scale curves, and will be ready to work with it.
If you want to separate it by frequencies, it should be as simple as editing the audio file (in Audacity, for example) and removing the undesired frequencies using an equalizer or something like that. Just in case Maya does not allow that option itself.
