cant download Realflow in the user area

Hi, i m new on this forum, but i have Realflow lerning Edition at a Year.
Now im upgrade at realflow 2013 Lerning edition but i cant Download anything in my User area:
Download Error: you don't have permission to download the file.
Whats this ?
I have now download the Files, but my License is invalid that i became from Email

same to me , can´t download anything, same error message, yesterday it was possible to download RF2013, today i want to download the plugins, error ...

Have you tried again? There was some problems due to the massive downloads.

Its all Ok, i have the right license taken and thats it. i have me mistaken with the 2 licenses realflow and renderkit
