Hi

I´m on MacPro , Graphic Nvidia Quadro 4000 .

For what reason is the button "Use OpenCL-Acceraltor" ( under the simulate button -> Options-> Hybrido) not active ? What is background of that function in general ?

Hi Tom,

the "Accelerator" keyword might be a little bit misleading. It actually refers to non-graphic cards designed for high performance computation. Like these:

Your nVidia Quadro card falls into the category of GPU cards. So you are ok checking the "Use OpenCL-GPU" checkbox.

Anyway, you can click on the "System Information..." button and verify if it is in the the recognized devices list.
