expensive Maintenance in order to have access to bugs fixed

Sent it trough the Customer Portal, while I am still on maintenance.
Decided to make it Public on this forum , too.

I received an overdue warning of payment for maintenance, expiring 6th July.
in short , too expensive for me, now, and I am not Digital Domain (pun intended)
more like a freelance Artist, and Thousand dollars a year is too much.
I have already a Realflow 2013 license and RFRK 2013 license.
The e-mail sent to me said I'll no longer alowed, to log in here,
and I can't have access to any patch or correction for the bugs in RF2013 ?
really ? deny my right to update the same version of the software I've paid for ?
even thougth I am a licensed user ?
That sounds unlawful to me.
And I am not using Realflow 2013, imediately for my Production.
Please clarify this.

Luiz Eduardo Mihich

Realflow 2013 Licensed user.

Hi. Can't help you with the logging in issue but when you bought a Rf license (I presume 2012), you bought it with a year maintenance which entitles you to major updates (2012 > 2013) and patches (2 major patches per year I think). However, if your maintenance runs out before the new patch then I doubt there's anything you can do about it.

No offence intended to NL but they'll probably just direct you to the T&C's because you bought a 1 year maintenance.

Or have I misunderstood your issue?
