Two Volumes sticking into oneanother strange behaviour

Post by FlorianK » Wed Aug 21, 2013 12:30 pm

I've got two volumes that are overlapping a bit, both Solid Inside. They are collision objects for a Domain.

Realflow seems to override one volume and just takes the one inside into account, creating splashes inside that volume. It should not be that way and looks like a bug to me.

hi Florian,

I guess you are scaling the splash bounding box to the area where you want create splashes. If so, send the scene to take a look.

There are no Splashes in the scene.

A boat hull (closed) and a Realflow Rocket that is partly being stuck into that boat hull (to create more interesting waves). The rocket is seen by the solver, the boat hull is ignored, but maybe this is also related to the strange ABC issues I mentioned before.
