Retime Tool Not working.

Hello forum.
I am trying to retime a simulation in RF 2013 LE.
I have simulated 100 frames of an object filled with liquid exploding.
I wanted it to play in reverse, so after I simulated, I created a blank scene with a Binary loader 01 and hit the "Reverse" option to "Yes".
I then simulated the scene to produce a Binary loader 01 bin sequence of the particles playing in reverse.
Then, I created a new Binary Loader 02, to load Binary loader 01 bin sequence for the retiming process.
Inside the retime dialogue, I made my own curve, and also had made a frame sequence of the new simulation playing in reverse (because Realflow's Movie player cannot reverse your image sequence... or not that I know of) to go along with my new curved retime.
I also unchecked "Use scene range" because I wanted to make the slow part a little longer.
Great. that all looks nice and I am ready to retime.
Once I hit retime, I get one of two things.
1: Retime takes less than a second, outputs 21kb files for my new retime, all the files are blank with no data.
2: Retime takes a few seconds, I see the dialogue with the progress bar, but my "Messages" dialogue box is filled with cannot find bins errors. (>[30/September/2013 01:10:56] - WARNING: Error reading file /Realflow/ProjectName/particles/Binary_Loader02_00003.bin)
What am I doing wrong? I was under the impression that everything I have done is correct or should be simple enough to work this way.
Could anyone please give me some insight as to their experience with this tool. This is my first time doing it this way to get the reversed effect.
Thanks for reading.
