Splash from standard emitter?

Post by Billabong » Mon Oct 28, 2013 4:17 pm

I have a standard emitter shooting water out of a pipe and hitting a slanted concrete floor, when the water hits the floor, I want a seperate splash, so I can texture it white, which is the way it should be in the real world. Can I use a hybrido splash or is there another way to do this? I attached a screenshot to show whats goiing on.

Thanks for any help.

Use a filter that works upon object collision. Create a container as target folder for your Splash particles and hand the Partcles that have been colliding over to the new container.
