Realflow crashing

This morning, out of the blue when I start up realflow 2013 it loads up the last project I was working on (as it should) and I seem to be able to work on it.... But when I try to create a new project or open an older one it crashes... has anyone using a Mac experienced this? if so, what was the solution?

Hi,

you mean RealFlow crashes when you try to create a new scene after having opened that one.

Does it crash if you try to close RealFlow as well?

Can you send us a copy of that scene to check why does it exactly crash?

Actually, the scene it opens on startup works fine, it crashes when I try to create a new scene or open any previous scene...

The scene it opens initially seems to be fine.

I'm checking my hard disk right now, when it's done I can send that good file if you like.

Thanks. Seems like there could be a bug on the deletion of the scene info. That would make the scene look ok and only crash when closing it.

OK... I was able to save the scene as a new file, but the issue still persists.

I am sending a message through the gateway now ... how do I attach the file?

I sent you two messages via the Technical Support Form through the gateway... did you receive them? or do I need to contact you in a different way?

Hi again,

Gus and Luis are on a meeting right now, but Luis told me he had received your techdesk messages, so it's perfectly fine to communicate that way.
