Alembic - Commandline - Bugs ?!

Hej there,
i'm having strange situations lately. here's the setup.
RF 2013. latest version. (osx 10.7.5)
imported glas mesh ( alembic, modo 701, Tris)
this glas is filled with particles. after they settled > int state.
now the glas (active rigged body) is falling down (gravity deamon) and hit a plane ( passive riged body)
so. that's the setup - now the "funny" part.
Situation 1:
Particles ignore the Glas mesh, trough filling. ( if i import an SD file : modo > c4d > plugin > sd file > it's fine.)
Situation 2:
If i simulate the falling glass in command line modus - the glas is falling to the left instead of down. ( simulation in GUI works fine.)
Situations 3:
Simulation in GUI Mode. the glas falls a little and then stops midair, like it already touched the ground plane. ( if i change collision geometry (Glas)from mesh to something else and back it works normally...)
i guess the alembic file cause all these problems but it's just a guess....
The problem is that all those things happen randomly and are hard to reproduce at will.. any ideas `?
