help distance between particles

I think the problem I have it in the distance between particles, can someone help me out and tell me why as separate meshes of water and foam, when the mesh foam theory would have to be glued to the water I leave the picture to see the problem

Inside realflow 2013, there is a graph you can access via Demo Scenes -> graphs -> snap_foam_to_displaced_mesh

This will basically do the job.
