Hi,
This is a rather old issue and I remember that I've posted it during RF's alpha and beta state: switching "Auto polygon size" to "No" crashes RF5 when "Polygon size" reaches a certain value - in most cases something around 0.05 or smaller. With settings around 0.1 meshing works without problems - at least in my current scene.

Re: Grid meshes crash RF
Hi Thomas,
after some testing, it seems the issue is related to an out of memory error.
I have checked it on 32 and 64 bit and it is happening to me only on 32 bit mode.
Since RealFlow 5 for Mac GUI version is only 32 bit at this moment we can understand your frustration.
We will try to anticipate the overflow and notify the user.
Thanks for reporting it (again)

Re: Grid meshes crash RF
Hi Alex,
No frustration at all. I've just seen that this error still persists and thought I'd tell you about it. In most cases "Auto polygon size" does a great a job and currently I can live without polygon sizes < 0.05.
Thanks for confirming this issue.
