RW Splash weird behavior

Post by Jorge Medina » Wed Jun 23, 2010 12:13 am

Hi guys!
I was playing all this week with rw splashes and get really weird behaviors.
I was trying to do a script to control the emission of particles from the waterline.

Muy buenas.

An script to control the emission of particles based in the waterline is totally feasible. You must be careful to not place particles very close each other, here the "testPositionForParticleInsertion" function can help.

About the weird behavior of the RW Splash, can you give us more info?

Hi Ángel!
In the manual I read the particles are emitted from the area surrounded the waterline, I supposed that this area is the poligons arround the waterline, but increasing the @width parameter particles are emitted bellow the object too, is this correct?
Cheers
