hybrido command line sim

Hello,
What would be the proper way to resume a hybrido simulation on the command line
I was running a hybrido test sim on command line and it ran to about frame 80 for 5 million particles when realflow or my pc crashed and rebooted (don't know what caused the reboot).
Now when I try to resume the simulation, I set the frame range in the command line options to the last simulated frame or any frame before that one and the sim resets the particles to 0
I tried the reset arg but that seems to work only by resetting to the stored initial state starting from frame 0; if I try to resume from the last previously simulated frame it also resets my particle count to 0.
On a side note, is there a log where I or you could see what cause realflow to crash and reboot my system? I would think it could have been a memory thing but this simulation is only using about 26% of my system ram.
