Hybrido mesh to max, non-uniform scale issue

Post by Billabong » Mon Dec 07, 2015 1:53 am

The Hybrido mesh,, which looks correct in realflow, is out of scale in max. If you look at the realflow mesh, you can see my object is perfectly centered with the holes in the mesh, but once i get it into max, either the mesh or the object has become out of scale in the y and possibly the X axis. I think its the mesh. I even tried importing that RF Bin object to see if that would liine up and it does not. Any ideas on what has happened? Im using Realflow 2013, along with Max 2015.

Figured it out. For some reason the Hybrido mesh needed to be rotated 90 degrees. Not sure why. I checked my RF preferences and they are set to Max.

Hi,

So, is it fixed?. Also, try to set the Z axis to 0 before rotating. It is possible that the mesh has not been created in 0,0,0 for XYZ and for that reason it is moved.
