RFRK2015 + VDB + Maya2016 + Arnold

Hi guys. Before I start banging my head, any idea why this combo is not rendering anything? If I use the non VDB RFRK it works fine. Is there something I need to keep an eye out for or a workflow I can be pointed too.

I've got the exact same issue.
Same setup aswell, rfrk2015, mymesh vdb, maya 2016 ext1 sp5, arnold
Also tried with MR, Renderman, nothing.

Would love some insight.

We're facing some problems with OpenVBD meshes here and it seems as if the velocity information isn't calculated correctly.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the reason why the meshes don't render at all, but please try the following:
Since the RFRK mesh engines are exactly the same as in RF, the problem should also be present when you export a few OpenVDB meshes from RF and try to render them. Please use both the ABC and BIN format for this test and disable motion blur (if it's active at all).
