Importing a morph animation

Post by Sockelfreund » Sat Apr 02, 2016 10:23 pm

Hallo,

I'm fighting to import the following animation into Realflow.

Image

It's based on a pose morph tag in cinema 4D, which was baked into PLA.

The SD Exporter doesn't work, all I can import in Realflow is a static object.

Anyone knows a solution? Is it possible to import mesh-deform-animations in the first place?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers!

If it's pure PLA then you have to enable the "vertex" (matrix -> vertex) option during SD import in the "Exported Objects" column. If the object's number of vertices or polygons changes during animation then I have to disappoint you, because topology changes aren't supported by RF.

That worked like a charm, thank you very much!
