License renewal

I tried to renew my RealFlow license a couple of days ago, but the purchase was declined. I'd like to retry this purchase, but when I try to do so within the Customer Gateway I am greeted with the following message: Please note that as your support and maintenance payment is currently outstanding, you are not able to make any additional license purchases.
Please cancel the transaction on your end.
P.S. I've tried to contact you via the Customer Gateway Contact Form twice, but I haven't received a response yet. I'm not even sure you're getting these requests because I've received e-mails from noreply@nextlimit.com which read "This is an automatic reply. Please forward your questions through the appropriate contact forms." If I'm right, this forum is the only means by which I can contact you.
