hello..
I have this scene with some objects that are falling into some water.
I also have a small object ( a flat circle) that comes out of water pretty rapidly to simulate a big splash..
at 25 fps it looks very nice, but If I increase the fps to 250, all looks fine except that circle coming out of water, the effect it produced at 25fps was looking good, now it seams at 250fps so little... any idea..?

first at 25 fps (min substeps 20 max 300)
then at 250 fps (min substeps 20 max 40)

Hey Herve,
Do you have the scene to take a look?. Have you tried to increase the Max steps? Put it to 333 and leave the min to 1.
Thanks.

hello Luis... fast answer..
well the thing is.. I am satisfied with the 25 fps version (first image) but what I have problems with is the 250 fps.. for the 250 fps, I have set the min to 20 and max to 40, should I change these...?
the funny part is that only that part ( a small disk coming out of water, pushing some particles in the air) in the 250 fps simulation looks off, the rest of the sim is looking good, just slower.. that's why I think it's weird..
I'll pack the scene for you...
thanks a lot Luis..

Hello Luis... lol...
just found out why... when you change the fps, RF adjusted some keyframes for the small circle (from 25fps to 250fps , so 10 X..) all good to me, but the problem was that not only it has time scaled the keyframes, but also paned them, so instead of starting at 26 frames, it started at 260 frames... so I re-paned the keyframes to start at 26... and now it's all good.. hehe
Thanks Luis...
