Does anybody know if Hot And Cold plugging is available for Realflow 10.

Sorry, no. It's currently under revision and will then also work with Dyverso particles. Unfortunately I can't give any release date here and we might even integrate into RF directly, but that's all not 100% fixed at the moment.
