I am creating a simple random expression to control my wind strength and make it random. But the random expression evaluates every frame so in each frame I have a different value but what I want to is the random expression changes its value from say 2 to 5 in a frame range of say 7. So instead of evaluating every frame, I want to change its evaluation time. That way the curve will be much smoother and natural for the wind.
Can anyone here tell what expression do I need to use?
I am new to expressions so a little explanation will be good too.
