Graph for Exporting Meshes Altered by Their Velocity

Post by Jonathan Bonnin » Tue Jun 02, 2020 10:37 am

Hello,

I'm new to RealFlow. And I'm hoping someone can show me how (or at least let me know if it's possible) to make a graph that allows me to export an alternate version of an OBJ particle mesh sequence that has been transformed by it's velocity. I'd like to be able to use it to morph the original mesh to achieve motion blur in LightWave 3D.

I know that the Legacy particle mesh node already exports a LWO file for LightWave that has a Morph map doing this exact thing, but the newer mesh nodes produce higher quality results, and I'd like to be able to use those meshes with motion blur in LightWave instead. (LightWave doesn't support Alembic mesh sequences, and there seems to be no way to download RF Connect for LightWave anymore, as it is no longer supported.)

So, if there's a way to make a graph for this, it would be a helpful workaround.
