Made a mistake on my Host ID

Hi.
I bought RealFlow today but made a mistake on my Host ID when generating my license, now I can't activate RealFlow.
I sent a message to contact asking if I could reset it, but I am reading in different places that it's hard to get a response and even that RealFlow is kind of abandoned. Is it really like that?
I am worried because the software is quite expensive and I'm kind of stuck right now.

Hello,

I can't offer any help but wanted to offer some reassurance at least.

While any online presence from the company here for example is limited - they do seem to respond to queries from paying customers, I was in touch with them just a few weeks ago and they replied within a day or so.

The very issue you're having I was able to get help with when changin my license server some time ago, so I hope you can get help soon!
