No velocity channel

Hi there. I have a problem with latest version of realflow. Sometimes, i don't know what's wrong, on rendering on maya 2014 sp3 a Hybrido sim, i have this error:
"PHEN 0.5 174 MB error: realflowMeltShader: No Maya vertex data found on shape '_0@31:76c::rfrk_mesh2_00000'."
I don't have any melt shader on my scene i have only the velocity texture channel for velocity channel of my shader and the velocity shader textures color appear wrong, not in viewport, in viewport it's ok, but in render is it fault to render correctly.
Any advice
