How to use RFRK in Lightwave

Hello... I'm really new to Realflow2014 and the RF render kit with Lightwave 11.6.3 64 bit win7 64bit.
I've been trying to find some tutorials on this and maybe some stuff on youtube.
I'm not sure how this works or how to use Hybrido in it. Do I still have to make the initial simulation in Realflow before importing back to Lightwave?
I saw a video on youtube that shows the renderkit in action, sort of... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYYOybktf1g
I wasn't sure how they created the ocean and waves...
Do they do they create a hybrido container in Lightwave or is this done in realflow first, and then imported into Lightwave.
Sorry for the silly questions. But I'm very new to this.
Regards,
Dan
