No worries about the section, it's Ok.

When you go to the "Collider" tag's "Properties" section you'll see "Collision Geometry Detail". I assume it's set to "Medium". Please try with "Medium - High". If this doesn't work go to "Cell Size", disable "Auto" and enter a value of 2 cm. Please also make sure that "Continuous Collision Detection" is active.

These settings should make the particles flow around the object, but maybe you'll still observe some leaking particles. In this case go to Scene > Solver > Liquid - PBD Solver. There, change "MIN/MAX Substeps" to 4/4 or 5/5. In most cases this should fix the leaks. If not please let me know.
