RF Connect Toolbar won't stay in tray

Post by Rob Holmes » Mon Mar 04, 2019 3:30 pm

This is more nuisance than problem but I can't get the RF Connect Toolbar to stay in the tray with other tools in Max 2019. Each time I open Max, it's floating on one of my 3 monitors somewhere and I have to find it and drag it to place. That's not a big deal but it's just one more pesky task to do before getting to work and those pesky tasks add up.

I've uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the connection software. I've put the toolbar in place, created a new workspace and saved it and then saved it as the maxstart.max file. I can't get it to stay in place.

Anyone else plagued by this?
RealFlow 10, 3ds Max 2020, ASUS Z10PE-D8WS Motherboard,
Xeon E5-2650-V3 Dual Processor, Dual Hydro H80i CPU Chiller, 64 GB DDR4 Ram,
NVidia RTX 2080 Ti, Space Pilot Pro, Windows 10 10586, Dual Monitor, Cintiq 13HD

We are also having this issue. Next Limit support are unable to reproduce the issue, so if we can work out what might be common between our setups we could potentially work it out.
