Here is what I see in Max after I uninstall the plugin. Is it correct?

And here is what I see after I install the plugin. The menu items reappear, but the toolbar is not rebuilt.

Hi,

no, it is not correct. Did you try to remove the toolbar from Customize User Interface? See the image attached
