A better format for commandsOrganizer.dat

Is there any possibillity to give a better text format for the commandsOrganizer.dat file?
The actual is not very understadable, it has a lot of Nulls and it is not very organized. This file could be a better way to share same configurations in a rf workgroup.
For instance, if there are some scripts shared you could load them in one time, sharing the commandsOrganizer.dat.
An exporter for the preferences could be another way.
