Pretty Please!!! either get rid of the commandsOrganizer.dat file format and give us scripting controls over building the UI stuff directly, or make it a simple
XML or text only file format that we, as pipeline developers can actually hack into and set up shop-wide
toolbars and such..

right now it is COMPLETELY USELESS ! to us as I've had it corrupt 5 times in the last 2 months .
and there is no way to reliably add things to it and then pass it out to other users, as it has to be in the users home directory.
