Is there a list of settings for common liquids (water, honey, motor oil, etc.)?

No, there is not really such a list. One reasons is, that the final look does not only depend on the emitter settings, but also on scene scale, timing, light&rendering.
People have made comparisons of settings and you can choose, if it looks similar to some of the substances you have mentioned:

Hi!
Be careful with this link, although most of the videos are correct, I simulated these tests with RF4 and from then some changes were made in the engine, so results could differs from current engine.
