I am wanting to use real flow for a cloth simulation of a pair of pants on a human model. How would I go about getting the waist line of the pants to be locked to the body mesh and the rest of pants to have softbody?
I am using RF 5.

Hello Far,
Softbodies doesn't have a real cloth behavior so it will be difficult to get what you want. Anyway, you can control the aspect for a "no real cloth" modifying the Resolution parameter depending on the amount of faces you have in your mesh and playing with the length stiffness and the volume stiffness parameters so the softbody can be more rigid. Don't forget to check the Autocollision parameter to Yes.

thanks for the reply but not quite the answer I was looking for. I am wanting to know if there is a way to lock the cps on the pant mesh at waist line of the pants on the hardbody mesh? In short can you lock one cp on a soft body mesh to a hard body?
