Hi frescalus,
One quick!. If you remove the object clipping, did it work?. There is an issue when meshing particles so you should add negative values for splash filter by selecting the emitters included into the Particles Mesh.
Let me know.

Re: Object Clipping
If I remove the object clipping the entire mesh shows, that mesh has its splash setting set to -1.0 already
All of my normals are facing in the correct direction
All clipping is doing is just deleting faces =(

Hi Luis,
the file is too large to send via email
if you don't mind, you can download it from http://www.kirbyfx.com/RealFlow/fracture.rar
its 71 megs because one of the object files has animation on it so I included that + the animation.sd but you will have everthing you need
you will need to turn on object clipping, I turned it off because I wasn't running a mesh at that point I was getting the sim out to see how it was going
and of course if you have any tips on making the scene better.. its a glass of milk that gets shattered by a bullet!

Hey,
What object are using to make the clip? the milkGlass?. You'll need a solid object without thickness for your case.
Let me know.

Re: Object Clipping
The milk glass for the initial state of the liquid
Then I have the animated fractures that I don't want any interpenetration on...
I don't think I completely understand what you mean by solid object without thickness...

Luis,
I created a single mesh as I understood it and tried it again, still the same result
the blue is what's left of the mesh

Re: Object Clipping
Hey,
That is weird. Please, send me the scene with that bin frame and indicating what is the object to use it as clipping object. Maybe I was doing something wrong in the last scene you sent me, but I simulate the scene, I made the clipping and it worked. Let me know.
