Waterline emitting below Grid Fluid Surface

Post by FlorianK » Wed Aug 10, 2011 12:02 pm

Hi,

Waterline seems also to emit below the Grid Surface- is this the intended behaviour for it?

If so, I find it problematic in terms of shading, because looks that might work above the surface don't need to work below the surface and there is no way of seperating the particles.

Anyway, it was nice having a "kill below surface" option for Waterline and Foam, since kVolume Boxes are far to static for doing so.

As you know Waterline emitter creates foam particles, as the Foam emitter does. Foam particles will be always on top of th fluid surface so you shouldn't see foam particles inside the grid domain fluid.

Can you send us a scene or a screenshot? Thank you.
